REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

At ATMA NEXUS LLC, we strive to provide the highest quality digital agency and business formation services. Because our services involve digital labor and third-party government fees, we have a strict refund policy.

1. DIGITAL SERVICES

Due to the nature of digital consulting and agency work, once the service has been initiated or the digital assets have been delivered to your email, the purchase is considered non-refundable.

2. LLC FORMATION & GOVERNMENT FEES

For LLC formation services (including New Mexico and Wyoming filings):

• Government Fees: Any portion of your payment allocated to state filing fees is 100% non-refundable once the filing has been submitted to the Secretary of State.
• Service Fees: If you request a cancellation before we have filed your documents with the state, we may issue a partial refund minus a processing fee.

3. CANCELLATION WINDOW

To request a cancellation, you must contact us within 24 hours of your purchase. Once work has commenced on your file, we reserve the right to deny refund requests.

4. CHARGEBACKS

As a registered US entity, Atma Nexus LLC maintains digital logs of all services rendered. We encourage clients to contact us directly to resolve disputes. Fraudulent chargebacks will be contested using our delivery logs as evidence of fulfillment.
