SECTION 2 - DIGITAL SERVICES & DELIVERY

We specialize in digital agency services, including LLC formation assistance and business consulting. By placing an order, you acknowledge that our "products" are digital in nature. Delivery is deemed complete once the relevant documents, filings, or digital assets are dispatched to the email address provided during checkout.

SECTION 3 - ACCURACY OF BILLING

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases. You represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method provided (Stripe/PayPal/Mercury) and that any charges incurred will be honored by your financial institution.

SECTION 4 - REFUND POLICY

Your purchases are subject to our Refund Policy. Given the nature of digital filings and non-refundable government fees associated with LLC formation, refunds are only issued under specific conditions outlined in our dedicated Refund Policy page.

The "ATMA NEXUS" name, logo, and all custom website designs (including our signature Black and Gold branding) are the exclusive intellectual property of ATMA NEXUS LLC. Unauthorized reproduction or use of our branding for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Albuquerque, New Mexico for any legal disputes.
